Our leadership is made up up of high tech professionals that have worked around the world.
Jose is the CEO for MyOpusDei. His passion is to find solutions to social problems. He is a former Managing Director from Hewlett Packard and a former CTO from Northrop Grumman Health. He also is a former Venture Capitalist with degrees from Harvard Business School and Cornell's College of Applied and Engineering Physics.
Dr. Steven Warner serves as the chief technical officer for MyOpusDei . He comes from the the defense industry where he occupied the role of Chief Scientist for the Federal and Defense Technologies division at Northrop Grumman. Warner holds a Bachelor of Science from Eckerd College and a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Peter Sprague
AI Enhanced Wearable Systems
Peter Sprague, is the Chairman Satellite Displays: Wearable Computing 2018
Chairman to National Semiconductor (1967 - 1997) and Advent corporations (1975-79).
His numerous entrepreneurial endeavors include the revival of the English car manufacturer, Aston Martin Ltd, CEO of Design Research 1967-79, and Founder of Wave Systems. Cofounder and director of the American Sailing Association.
Honorary doctorate from Babson College, as well as degrees from Yale and MIT. He holds 12 patents in optics, software and hardware.
Dr. Alia Bajwa, M.D.
Dr. Bajwa manages the Social Affiliation committee. She is a full-time psychiatrist at Tuttleman Counseling Service’s at Temple University in Philadelphia. Alia also holds the title of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Temple University School of Medicine. Alia is a graduate of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and completed her residency training at Temple University, where she was chief resident. Alia’s clinical interests include psychodynamic psychotherapy, emergency and crisis psychiatry, and the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Prof. Ruben Rios Avila
Dr. Ruben Rios Avila manages the Spiritual Hope Committee. During the day, he is a Professor at NYU and director of the MFA in New York. He is a Puerto Rican critic and essayist who has been a Visiting Professor at Brown, Harvard, Emory and Notre Dame universities. He was Chair of the Department of Comparative Literature at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, where he also served as Acting Dean of the Graduate School. In Puerto Rico he has been the literary critic for El Mundo and a collaborator and member of the board for the online cultural magazine Ochenta Grados. For several years he hosted En Cinta, a weekly review on film criticism for the national public TV station. He is the author of two collections of essays, La raza cómica, (2002) which won Puerto Rico’s P.E.N. Club Award for best essay, and Embocadura (2003), as well as numerous articles in various journals and academic publications.
Dr. Roger Weissinger-Baylon

Dr. Roger Weissinger-Baylon is the founder and Co-Director at Center for Strategic Decision Research (CSDR). Presently, he Chairs the 34th International NATO Workshop on Global Security,
He received the B.S. degree in Economics and Computer Science and the M.S. degree from the Sloan School of Management, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Stanford University awarded him the Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence (Human Problem Solving) in 1978. Previously, he was Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, B.C., and then Associate Professor of Management Information Systems, Naval Postgraduate School in Monterrey, CA.
He has worked as a Vice-President and Director of the Luceat Division of FMC Corporation in Sens, Yonne, France and Consultant to major corporations including Field Research, Demonte, and the University of California.
Anne D.-Baylon, Esq.
US, Europe and Asia Communities
Anne D. Baylon is the Co-Director, CSDR Center for Strategic Decision Research (CSDR). Over the past 34 years, she has edited and published over 25 books on global security. Author of an annual publication presenting an overview of events in Europe and Central Asia.
She received her Masters Degree from Stanford University, and graduated Cum Laude with a Law Degree from the University of Paris Law School, Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne.
Tamina Alon, Esq.
Operations and Finance
Tamina manages the Operations and Finance Committee. During the day she is the Director of Operations at the Non-Profit, Family Justice Center in Richmond, CA. Prior to that she worked for Bay Area Legal Aid’s housing unit where she represented clients and managed Contra Costa’s court-based Housing Law Clinics in Richmond, Martinez, Concord, and Pittsburg. Prior to Legal Aid, Tamina did extensive data and evaluation work with Q2 Data & Research, The Redistricting Group, and the Statewide Database. Tamina was a teacher for over 10 years at various colleges, and advocated for the student-parent and student-families population. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts and the Advisory Council for RotaCare Richmond. A graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law, and U.C. Berkeley.
Arlene Espaldon, M.S.
Arlene manages the committee in charge of identifying Supplemental Income for Retirees. She travels extensively around the world looking for properties suitable for Co-Housing communities. Presently she manages properties in Hawaii, California, Virginia and Spain. She has setup startup operations on the Pacific island of Guam and has worked as a VP of Services at Only One Globe, Inc. She holds degrees in Human Microbiology from Boston University and Cornell.
